Alhamdulillah, it gives us great pleasure to inform you that al Mahdi madrasah, Wessex Jamaat has just been announced as the Winner of the World Federation Award for Outstanding Madrasah Online Delivery for small Jamaats.
This is truly a well-deserved recognition for all of the hard work that the Madrasah has put in during these tough times, to make sure that we can maintain the Islamic education for our children moving forwards.
In particular, we wish to express our gratitude to Sheikh Fazle Abbas Datoo (Director of Madrasah) for his tireless efforts, the admin team for their constant hard work and support, the teachers that are the foundation of the Madrasah, and of course the parents and students whose active participation is the key to the Madrasah’s success.
As well as receiving the award for the Madrasah, Wessex Jamaat has received Khums Ijaaza for the purpose of the Dar al Zahra Project, which will allow us to take the Madrasah to new strengths once we are back within the centre, so that the Islamic education for our children can continue to flourish for generations to come.
