Emotional wellbeing for children: Empowering the mind workshops

Dear Muminin,

Salamun alaykum,

Emotional wellbeing for children is a priority for all parents. In an age where mental health has become a pressing concern, communication is the foundation of cultivating the right mind set in our children.

How can one empower a child’s mind set?

Madrasah has invited Mrs Sukaina Mukhtar to conduct an interactive workshop on Sunday 15th March, 2020.  It will be held from 10:00 a.m – 12:00 noon at al Mahdi Centre.

Sukainabai is a graduate in Philosophy BA, Professional teacher, English Tutor, Speaker and Author of a set of 5 books on Emotional Intelligence to help parents implement tools for cultivating the right mindset in children.
