		786/110 – BISMILLAHIR RAHMAAN IR RAHEEM LA HAULA WA LA QUWWATA ILLA BILLAHIL ALI IL AZEEM My Dearest, Salaamun Alaikum. Imam Baqir (a.s.) said: "The best thing for the religion and the religious people is that wealth be in the hands of those who pay its due and do good deeds with it, and the worst thing for religion and the religious people is that wealth be in the hands of those who do not pay its dues and do not use in proper ways". Imam Sadiq (a.s.) narrated that once when God's Prophet (a.s.) passed by Bilal who had some dates, he told him: "O, Bilal! Are you sure you will not go to Hell due to these dates?? So give some in charity and have no fear of poverty". My dearest, we have reached a step closer to Allah (SWT) - Insh'Allah. We pray that Allah (SWT) has moved us away from the vicinity of Hell fire (Amen). With the Grace of Allah(SWT), we have submitted our revised planning to Winchester City Council. We request for your prayers to succeed in our ambition to realise this noble project. Insh'Allah we anticipate a reply from WCC towards the Month of April.
