Wessex Jamaat is proud to regularly host groups of schoolchildren and scouts groups for educational visits to the centre.

As part of the GCSE RE lessons, Year 10 students at the Swanmore College visited Al Mahdi Centre on 5th June, 2017.

We are immensely delighted to announce that our Resident Alim, Sheikh Fazle Abbas Datoo, is the winner of the 'Most Impactful Imam' award!

We learned to greet one another in Arabic, "Salamun alaykum," which means, "Peace be with you," and talked about our shared hopes for a more peaceful world.
