Assalaamu alaikum Everyone
Our felicitations to you all for the Holy months of
Rajab, Shabaan and Ramadhan. I pray that we can
take advantage of the Holy days in these months (iA)
Our madressa academic year has practically drawn to its end. Our last
session was scheduled for the 19 July. This year it coincides with the 15th of
Rajab, when we would normally perform communally the A’amal
of Umme Dawood. The
madressa heads have agreed that it is an ideal way to end madressa, on a
spiritual high, if we all take part in these amaals.
The last madressa session was held on 12 July. On the 19 July, madressa will not run its normal session, but hand
over to the community for the duration of the a’amaals
(1pm to 5pm, details to follow in a separate email). Madressa would then like
to present the children with their certificates for Quran Recitation and
Memorisation. They and their teachers and testers have worked very hard to earn
their awards, we thank the parents for their support. This will be followed by an evening programme
which commences at 6.30pm (details on the mosque timetable).
IA Madressa will resume after Eid al Fitr, around about the second week of October. There are
plans to run a separate ‘
We hope you and your children have enjoyed madressa this year, and that
they have learnt a lot. I know the teachers feel they have also grown in their
knowledge and abilities (mA).
We continue to hope for your kind and generous dua,
so that we can do the best for our children in serving Him. Thank you for your
continued support.
